Learn how to manage or upgrade your DreamDay University account and fix login issues
On our Sign-Up page, just provide us with your full name, email address, and desired password. After you complete the sign-up form, we will send an email to the email address you provided. To complete the sign-up process, click on the confirmation link.
Note: Your name will appear on any documentation or certificates ordered exactly as it appears in your profile.
If you would like to edit or replace any information in your DreamDay University profile, follow these steps:
- Login to your DreamDay University account
- Hover on My Dashboard and on the dropdown, click on Account Info
- Choose which section you would like to edit from the options
- Click Update Account once you have made changes to any section

Go to DreamDay University’s login page.
Select the Forgot Password link here.
You will be asked to enter your email address and click ‘Reset my password’.
You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password
If you continue to have difficulty logging into your DreamDay University Account, please contact support@dreamdayuniversity.sl and we will be happy to help.
If you would like to upload a new profile picture or replace the current one, you can do so by following these steps:
Login to your DreamDay University account.
Hover on My Dashboard and on the drop-down, click on Account Info.
Select the profile Avatar or picture currently in place.
Select the image you wish to use from the pop-up box that appears.
If you have followed the above and the image does not appear please contact support@dreamdayuniversity.sl, with a copy of the image you wish to upload, and we will be happy to upload it for you.
Note: We do not keep images after we upload them for you.

If you are having a problem logging into your account or seeing the error message “Invalid Login Details”, there may be a number of reasons for this:
The email/password combination you are entering is incorrect. For example, you are entering the email/password you use for Facebook or a different account.
There is a spelling mistake in the email/password you have entered. To avoid this please ensure there are no spaces before, or after your email/password. And, that you have double-checked the spelling of both your email and password.
You have registered your account, but you have not confirmed your address. You can also try to use the “forgot your password” or “lost your password”.
If you are still experiencing issues accessing your account unrelated to the above please contact support@dreamdayuniversity.sl and we will be happy to help.
To reset your DreamDay University Password, please go to the login page.

DreamDay University is a social enterprise based in Freetown, Sierra Leone, providing free online courses with educational resources. As a small team managing one of Sierra Leone’s #1 free online resources, Salone Repository which is an online library with an online learning platform (DreamDay University), this is a monumental task for us.
We are growing organically. We are not founded by professional investors or foundation endowments. We pay our own way through self-sponsorship and donations from friends and families, and that has enabled us to stay true to our free learning for all missions. We can reach thousands of learners and more with your help! Whatever is donated by you will specifically be invested in rolling out our services to marginalized students in Sierra Leone.
